After the rollercoaster year the retail indsutry has had, this tech-first ecommerce giant have cemented their strong position at the top of the fashion ecomm market. By continually investing in and putting tech and analytics at the forefront of what they do, this business is now looking to scale aggressively with 50-80 hires in tech alone across the group over the coming year.

One of their successful business units within the wider group is now looking to add to their CRM team, who are unique in that they handle all of their own analytics in house to keep a data-driven focus to everything they do. This senior CRM manager role will be an integral part of a cross functional team and you can expect to work closely with the Head of Customer Marketing where amongst other things:

  • you'll be leading analysis deep-dives into specific areas of business focus and global customer segments
  • setting KPIs for customer retention and life time value, and working with the wider marketing team to build multichannel programs to achieve this
  • plus working alongside with the data teams who are doing some great work in customer personalisation using artificial intelligence!

This role will be ideal for you if:

  • You're hands on with data, with a solid analytical background in areas such as; customer profiling, segmentation & targeting, propensity modelling, data cleansing

  • You're familiar with with a range of data manipulation, analysis and visualization tools, such as SQL, Tableau and Google Analytics

  • You've got an extremely strong customer focus

  • You've got previous experience in a multichannel CRM role, with the ability to work across teams and influence stakeholders

This role offers a salary of between £65-72k, based on experience, with benefits including 5% bonus, 25 days holiday, flexible working, a season ticket loan to offset any travel expence when office restrictions lift.
