As the platform support engineer you will be responsible for customer success by addressing and solving inbound support cases. You will be also involved in transition activities for the on boarding of new customers in terms of Support readiness such as assessing requirements, documentation, configuration information.

The successful Platform Support Engineer will have the following:

  • Commercial experience operating in a Technical Support role
  • Working on low volume highly complex tickets
  • An ability to solve raised tickets and work with developers when needed for more complex issues
  • Experience working for a SaaS based software product (Please note, this is external tech support in opposed to strictly internal tech support)
  • An ability to write SQL Queries
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proven ability to be organized and prioritize workload in a "start-up" environment and culture where things can change quickly
  • Experience working on Azure is highly desirable
