CRM Manager (Salesforce)
We have partnered with an established Salesforce End User, within the insurance sector, who are looking to hire CRM Manager (Salesforce) to their Salesforce org.
As the CRM Manager you will be guiding the Salesforce Developers and Analysts as they continue to build new features and integrations into their new & growing Salesforce platform. You will also be responsible for resource planning on projects, personal development plans, as well as the development roadmap.
What the role will involve:
-Liaise with stakeholders to establish needs, as well as managing their expectations and setting agreed objectives
-Lead agile meetings with each member of the salesforce team
-Responsible for deployment of team resources and budget.
-Build strong relationships with the Salesforce team, understand their needs and motivations.
-Take ownership of the Salesforce development roadmap.
What you'll need:
-Salesforce Administrator Certification
-Ability to mentor & lead the Salesforce CRM team
-Project Manager / Management Experience
-Sales + Service cloud experience
-Knowledge of Agile work practices
