Method Resourcing have been engaged exclusively to support a world famous organisation as they search to strengthen the 2nd Line Support/ Desktop / Service Desk Support team during a busy period. We are looking for up to 3 talented individuals to support the growth!

2nd Line Support/ Desktop / Service Desk Support engineer / Analyst , you will be responsible for providing excellent Deskside support to the employees, offering expertise in a number of key areas. The successful engineer will need to be confident working with Windows operating systems

Key Skills:

  • 2nd Line support experience
  • Windows 10
  • M365
  • Exchange
  • AD
  • GPO
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience working in a service desk/ Helpdesk environment
  • Minimum of 4 years experience

This role will see you work in their London office full time, with excellent opportunity to be supported and to grow in a fast-paced environment
