Method Resourcing has partnered with a world-leading, global, specialist financial services business who are looking to add a Product Manager to their existing Product function.

As a Product Manager specialising in End-User Experience (EUX), you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technology and business objectives. You will be responsible for gaining deep insights into end-user needs, driving data-driven decision-making processes, and fostering stakeholder engagement to optimize workplace technology solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate complex landscapes, identify individual drivers, and champion best practices to enhance overall end-user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain clear visibility into different teams' roadmaps, decision trees, and value streams.
  • Identify and engage with key stakeholders, business champions, data stewards, data owners, and application owners.
  • Serve as the liaison between technology and business units, ensuring alignment and communication of best practices.
  • Define and refine existing processes, leveraging ITIL experience and incident management expertise.
  • Implement industry regulations such as DORA and NEST, ensuring compliance within all product offerings.
  • Utilize tools like JIRA to track and manage product development processes effectively.
  • Act as a product evangelist for EUX, promoting workplace technology solutions and driving adoption across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in product management, preferably within the realm of workplace technology or end-user experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of building productive relationships across diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with ITIL principles, incident management, and process optimization.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations such as DORA and NEST, with a commitment to ensuring compliance.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving, with a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement.
