Are you ready to take on a pivotal leadership role in transforming digital operations across Europe? We are looking for an experienced Head of Digital Services to spearhead a high-priority initiative and oversee the management of a large-scale digital asset network.

About the Role:

As the Head of Digital Services, you will lead the real-time operations of a vast digital network spanning approximately 15,000 assets across Europe. This role requires someone who has hands-on experience in real-time monitoring and incident management and is proficient in standing up Network Operations Centers (NOC) from the ground up.

You will work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless performance of our digital panels. Your focus will be on network performance, process optimization, vendor management, and establishing a strategy for digital operations excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Network Performance & Incident Management: Ensure smooth operation of digital assets, proactively managing performance and leading incident response.
  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with stakeholders to turn business vision into actionable outcomes, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • NOC Development: Build and lead a high-performance Network Operations Center, managing 24/7 operational systems and enforcing SLAs with third-party suppliers.
  • Vendor & Asset Management: Manage vendor relationships, focusing on service excellence, contract adherence, and performance monitoring.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of support engineers, driving continuous improvement and strategic alignment with business objectives.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a Managed Service environment with success in delivering operational excellence.
  • Expertise in setting up and managing real-time monitoring systems for large-scale operations.
  • Hands-on experience in incident and change management following ITIL methodologies.
  • Strong background in managing 24/7 operational systems and vendor relationships.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to translate complex technical issues into business-friendly language for senior stakeholders.
