Method Resourcing have partnered exclusively with a cutting-edge B2B fintech scale-up using AI to provide insight to an industry that has previously relied on minimal data.
Backed by a a leadership team with vast corporate experience, this start-up is scaling rapidly across Europe and is now hiring a Lead Consultant to support client delivery and product adoption across their SaaS platform.
The role:
As the Lead Consultant you'll be the critical link between Product, Customer Success, Engineering, and senior leadership. You'll manage cross-functional programmes for some of Europe's leading private investors, driving platform adoption, stakeholder engagement, and complex change management. This is a strategic, client-facing role with the potential to influence both growth and future service offerings.
The experience and skills they are looking for:
Strong stakeholder and customer-facing programme management experience
Background in management consulting with exposure to SaaS or product delivery
Experience managing complex implementations and driving client adoption
Ability to spot and shape commercial opportunities through service delivery
Exceptional PowerPoint and presentation skills
Knowledge of fintech or B2B data products is highly desirable
The role is paying up to £100,000 base salary and includes:
Flexible hybrid working (2 days a week in London)
Exposure to a fast-growing platform approaching Series B funding
