Product Manager | Cardiff | Hybrid | Education | £55,000
We're hiring for a Senior Product Manager to join a mission-led organisation that's reshaping the education space through smarter, human-centred tech. You'll sit within a digitally mature Product team that owns the full product lifecycle - from idea to implementation - and plays a key role in shaping the future of global education experiences.

Full autonomy across product strategy, customer feedback loops, feature roadmaps and go-to-market alignment.
Lots of cross-functional collaboration: UX, engineering, education teams, and exec stakeholders.
What you'll be doing:
Define and evolve product strategy based on market, customer, and tech insights
Own and maintain roadmap, feature prioritisation and delivery alignment (Agile/Scrum)
Translate user and business needs into clear user stories
Lead agile ceremonies and support teams across sprints
Act as the voice of the customer using data, user testing, and feedback loops
Stay ahead of the EdTech curve - trends, innovations, and competitive analysis
Contribute to a collaborative, bold, and curious Product culture
We're looking for:
✅ Strong product management experience (ideally in EdTech or a mission-driven organisation)
✅ A strategic mindset with the ability to zoom in/out between roadmap and detail
✅ Confidence working across teams to align goals and deliver impact
✅ Experience with Agile frameworks and cross-functional delivery
✅ Passion for using digital tools to create meaningful user experiences
✅ Comfortable balancing product performance, budgets, and stakeholder expectations
Bonus points for:
Experience in the education space
Knowledge of UX principles or light tech fluency (APIs, dev cycles)
Data-led mindset (user behaviour, product usage, trends)
Exposure to international product delivery environments
This role is paying up to £55,000 and requires 1 day per week in the Cardiff office.
