Senior Product Manager

Up to £55000 per annum | Cardiff, Wales | Permanent

Product Manager | Cardiff | Hybrid | Education | £55,000

We're hiring for a Senior Product Manager to join a mission-led organisation that's reshaping the education space through smarter, human-centred tech. You'll sit within a digitally mature Product team that owns the full product lifecycle - from idea to implementation - and plays a key role in shaping the future of global education experiences.

Why it's exciting:

  • You'll own a medium-sized product portfolio or a single high-complexity product, tied directly to strategic outcomes.

  • Full autonomy across product strategy, customer feedback loops, feature roadmaps and go-to-market alignment.

  • Lots of cross-functional collaboration: UX, engineering, education teams, and exec stakeholders.

What you'll be doing:

  • Define and evolve product strategy based on market, customer, and tech insights

  • Own and maintain roadmap, feature prioritisation and delivery alignment (Agile/Scrum)

  • Translate user and business needs into clear user stories

  • Lead agile ceremonies and support teams across sprints

  • Act as the voice of the customer using data, user testing, and feedback loops

  • Stay ahead of the EdTech curve - trends, innovations, and competitive analysis

  • Contribute to a collaborative, bold, and curious Product culture

We're looking for:
✅ Strong product management experience (ideally in EdTech or a mission-driven organisation)
✅ A strategic mindset with the ability to zoom in/out between roadmap and detail
✅ Confidence working across teams to align goals and deliver impact
✅ Experience with Agile frameworks and cross-functional delivery
✅ Passion for using digital tools to create meaningful user experiences
✅ Comfortable balancing product performance, budgets, and stakeholder expectations

Bonus points for:

  • Experience in the education space

  • Knowledge of UX principles or light tech fluency (APIs, dev cycles)

  • Data-led mindset (user behaviour, product usage, trends)

  • Exposure to international product delivery environments

This role is paying up to £55,000 and requires 1 day per week in the Cardiff office.

Please note: we are unable to provide sponsorship so candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
