Product Quality Assurance Analyst (Client-Facing)
East London (Hybrid - once a month in the office)

Looking to take the next step in your QA career? This is a great opportunity to join a growing product team where you'll get hands-on experience, work closely with clients, and develop your skills in testing and quality assurance.
You'll be part of a collaborative team making sure product builds are accurate, reliable, and ready for clients. It's a role with variety, one day you'll be running test plans, the next you'll be supporting client UAT sessions or helping track down and retest fixes.
What you'll be doing:
🔹 Testing product builds against requirements and use cases
🔹 Creating and running UAT test plans with clients
🔹 Tracking issues and making sure fixes are resolved before release
🔹 Supporting client teams with product updates and release notes
🔹 Contributing ideas to improve QA processes and tools
What we're looking for:
✨ Previous hands-on QA or UAT experience (e.g. testing, client UAT sessions, or writing test cases)
✨ Comfortable working with technical and non-technical colleagues
✨ Eye for detail and an organised, problem-solving mindset
✨ Keen to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment
✨Strong communication skills to regularly engage with clients
