Method Resourcing are partnering with a prominent organisation to find an experienced Project Manager/Business partner to support the transition of their new Target operating model.
Experience
- What you'll be doing:
- Lead the rewrite of the TOM and make sure it works for the business.
- Own conversations with stakeholders about scheduling and priorities.
- Support offboarding and transition activities.
- Challenge existing processes and help shape new ones.
- Act as a mediator-someone approachable who can keep things collaborative.
What we need:
- Strong understanding of business processes and change management.
- Great communication and influencing skills.
- Someone diplomatic and easy to work with, but confident enough to challenge where needed.
Contract Details:
- Location: Near Stratford - role is remote however ideal candidate can go in once a week when stakeholders are in to push the delivery
- IR35: Outside
- Duration: 3 months with a good chance of extension
- Rate: £425-£450 per day
