Method Resourcing is partnered with a leading organisation within the Distribution System Operator (DSO) space that is seeking Senior Full Stack Python Developers to support high‑impact engineering and operational applications across their energy systems ecosystem.

This role is hands‑on and delivery‑focused, working across customer portals, flexibility market tools, internal grid applications, and analytics-led engineering platforms. Candidates must be capable of hitting the ground running, demonstrating strong technical maturity and the ability to operate across multiple functional teams.

Key Requirements:

  • Senior‑level experience as a Python developer with deep backend expertise
  • Strong experience building UI applications using Dash or Streamlit
  • Proven ability to develop scalable backend services using advanced Python
  • Strong exposure to Azure and hybrid cloud/on‑premise environments
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Docker
  • Experience working with Delta Tables or similar modern data lake table formats
  • Experience integrating with cloud and on‑prem systems, including Dash Enterprise
  • Comfortable delivering into fast‑paced, production-grade environments
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes is a bonus

Contract Details:

Location: Remote (has to be UK based as their may be as and when requirement client meetings in London
IR35: Inside (TBC)
Duration: Initial 6 month contract with high likelihood of extension
Rate: £400 per day
