We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (5+ years) to lead and coordinate a BCBS 239 risk data and governance programme. The role involves managing scope, timelines, dependencies, and cross‑functional delivery across data, technology, and risk teams.
Ideal for a structured, proactive PM who is comfortable running regulatory change initiatives and engaging senior stakeholders.
Key Experience:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in financial services or regulated environments.
- Strong understanding of data programmes, risk reporting, or BCBS 239 preferred.
- Proven ability to manage technical and non‑technical teams.
- Experience delivering data governance, data quality, or data platform projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Confident managing deadlines, budgets, risks, and assurance processes.
- Experience with Agile/Hybrid delivery methods.
Contract:
- Outside IR35
- Willing to relocate to Southern Europe (Travel expenses included)
- £575 per day
- 19 months contract
