Transition Manager - SC Cleared
Outside IR35 £425 per day
3-4 Month Contract (Possible Extension)

We're looking for an experienced Transition Manager to lead the mobilisation of a complex Oracle ERP managed service for a major UK Government client.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role, taking full ownership of transition from contract award through to go-live and early life support. You'll act as the single point of accountability, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and on-time service takeover from the incumbent supplier.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and deliver the end-to-end Transition Plan
- Lead client governance, RAID, and reporting
- Manage a TUPE transfer (~20 staff) and team mobilisation
- Oversee knowledge transfer and service take-on
- Ensure Day 1 operational readiness across technology, security, and suppliers
We're looking for:
- Proven experience delivering government or regulated service transitions
- Strong TUPE and stakeholder management experience
- Knowledge of ITIL / SIAM environments
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud (ERP, HCM, EPM, OCI)
Requirements:
- Active SC Clearance (essential)
- UK Citizen, able to work on-site as required
