Oracle ERP Functional Consultant l HR l Payroll l DV Clearance l Public sector l Outside IR35 l £500-£525 PD l 6 months l Remote
We're supporting a major public sector transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Oracle ERP Functional Consultant to play a key role in the delivery of a large-scale business transformation across HR, Payroll and wider corporate services.
*This role requires an active DV Clearance*
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements.
- Lead stakeholder workshops and process-mapping sessions.
- Configure and optimise Oracle ERP solutions.
- Support functional design, testing, deployment and user adoption.
- Work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive process improvements and best-practice Oracle solutions.
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an Oracle ERP Functional Consultant.
- Strong Oracle Fusion HCM and/or Oracle Payroll experience.
- Experience delivering large-scale ERP transformation programmes.
- Requirements gathering, functional design and UAT support.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience working within complex or regulated environments.
Contract
- Outside IR35
- £500-£525 per day
- 6 month with high extension opportunity
- Remote with ad-hoc trips to Milton Keynes when needed
