Scrum Master/Agile Coach | Hybrid | £500 | Outside IR35
Method is supporting a Bristol based Financial Services company who are looking for a Scrum Master/Agile Coach to help adopt new ways of working.
Operating across the UK and US, our client is going through a large transformation, adopting new working practices and moving towards a tech-first approach.
Some of the new practices being adopted will include Agile methodologies, as well as automated releases via DevOps tools and technologies. An understanding of Automation and DevOps tooling will be beneficial for this project, to help our client learn, adopt and use the tools available to them (not build).
You will be an experienced Scrum Master with a background in championing an Agile approach across engineering and leadership teams. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coaching teams on agile knowledge and practices in groups or individually
- Facilitating ceremonies
- Scrum Master up to two development teams in the business
- Work closely with Product Owner to ensure ceremonies are well prepared and executed
- Monitor the team's health and performance
- Champion a continuous improvement mindset across methodology adoption
An understanding Financial Services and the terminology used within this sector will also be beneficial.
There will be a 2-stage interview process and the role will require you to be on-site in Bristol 2 days per week.
